 LOWER BODY TRX EXERCISES. 1. Squats. Pretty standard, hold onto the band and use it to keep your balance as you go deeper into your squats. 2. Lunges. Again, a standard exercise – use the band to keep your balance and help you go deeper. For a more complex version step behind your front leg in a curtesy lunge. 3. Lunges with a knee up.
